JOB DESCRIPTION

BMC Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer of Low Voltage Switchgear, with 230 staff across three production sites. We are driving a major digital transformation to modernise infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and implement AI and automation in manufacturing.
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee a fast-paced IT transformation program covering ISO27001, NIS2 compliance, Azure infrastructure, business app development (React/Node.js), MES expansion, and BI analytics. You will lead a cross-functional IT team, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely delivery of all projects in line with business strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

· 5+ years in IT leadership or senior project delivery
· Strong experience with Azure, M365, Intune, SharePoint, FortiGate, Power BI
· React, NodeJS, Microsoft SQL Server
· Familiarity with MES and production IT systems
· Understanding of ISO27001, NIS2, and GDPR compliance
· Excellent vendor, team, and project management skills
