Job Details Job Location: Corporate - Greeley, CO 80631 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/year Qualifications Summary: The IT Manager provides leadership and direction for the IT Department, overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and the execution of all IT functions across the organization. This role is responsible for managing IT staff, coordinating technology projects, ensuring system reliability and security, and partnering with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. The IT Manager actively supports the company’s technological needs, facilitates the development of new technical solutions, and ensures compliance with industry standards and company policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise IT staff, including IT Systems Administrators, Database Administrators, and support personnel. Oversee daily administration of sever management, network administration, and network security across all facilities. Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for system administration, network management, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery. Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, application deployments, and technology rollouts. Collaborate with plant leadership, department heads, and users to assess technology needs, recommend improvements, and support business objectives. Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations for hardware, software, and services. Ensure high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions for all IT systems, including regular testing and documentation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate resolution of IT failures and outages. Support compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and audit processes. Provide technical leadership and guidance for infrastructure upgrades, new technology adoption, and process improvements. Assist the Director Information Technology with strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting. Facilitate the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of written policies and procedures regarding all computer operations throughout the organization. Act as a liaison between IT, vendors, and location management for informational updates, problem resolution, and project coordination. Support the evaluation, assessment, and modification of network and system architecture to maximize performance and reliability. Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by maintaining and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions. Provide individual mentoring and training on IT systems, tools, and best practices. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of progressive IT experience with supervisory or management responsibilities Proven experience in network administration, system management, project leadership, and IT operations. Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, SQL Server, and network infrastructure. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
