SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our Cloud Platform Engineering & Operations Team. This role is responsible for managing the strategy, design, development, implementation and operations of cloud infrastructure and platform services that support enterprise applications and development teams. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise in cloud technologies and modern DevSecOps practices. The manager ensures the platform is secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective, while also aligning with the organization’s overall business objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering,
  • 5+ years managing people within an IT enterprise

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Significant experience in Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD systems, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of databases, servers, storage, networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
  • Strong understanding of Identify & Access Management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications such as Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Experience with FinOps, platform engineering, or internal developer platforms (IDPs).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices.
