POSITION OVERVIEW

The IT Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. The role is critical in ensuring the reliable operation of all IT services and supporting the strategic direction of the company through technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Develop and implement IT strategies and systems to support the company’s goals.
• Manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and manage data security protocols.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Manage IT projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
