JOB SUMMARY:

As an IT Manager with a focus on cybersecurity and all IT activities, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of our IT security systems, ensuring the safety of sensitive financial data. You will also oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and help drive the adoption of new technologies in the banking and financial services sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience:
• At least 5+ years of experience in IT management with a focus on cybersecurity, preferably in the banking and financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with implementing and managing IT security systems, network security, and data protection measures.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and how they impact IT systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and implementing secure cloud infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of financial software systems, banking infrastructure, and the security measures required in the sector.
• Skills:
• Expertise in firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption, and other cybersecurity tools.
• Strong leadership and management skills, including team development and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex IT issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).

• Lead and manage cybersecurity operations to protect company data, systems, and applications from cyber threats.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies and protocols aligned with industry standards and regulations (such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring its performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Compliance, Development) to integrate security measures into all company systems and services.
• Manage risk assessments and vulnerability management, implementing remediation strategies to address security gaps.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring timely project delivery, effective troubleshooting, and resolution of IT issues.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, hacking techniques, and regulatory changes impacting the banking and financial services industry.
• Monitor and manage network security, firewalls, VPNs, and other cybersecurity tools to ensure data integrity and system uptime.
• Ensure the compliance of all IT systems with relevant banking and financial industry regulations.
• Report on IT security metrics and incidents to senior management and provide recommendations for improvements.
