We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our client’s team in Cornwall. As an IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in taking the organization to the next level by supporting IT systems, infrastructure, and security.

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy, ensuring it is aligned with overall corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and team development.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Support other departments by providing technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity and data analytics.
• Negotiate service agreements and IT purchases with vendors.
• Oversee hardware and software upgrades.
• Analyze the IT budget to ensure cost effectiveness (ROI).
• Develop data backup systems and disaster recovery contingencies.
• Stay up to date with new IT developments, evaluate and implement to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all hardware and software are protected from all security breaches.
