In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As an IT Manager, eCom SA (eCommerce South America), you will play a crucial role in guiding the IT function for our eCommerce operations in the South America region. You will be accountable for managing the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications that facilitate our eCommerce platform. Your expertise in IT management and knowledge of eCommerce technologies will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our online business.
In this role, you will impact the company’s eCommerce operations by ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our IT systems, and driving continuous improvement in our online customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications that facilitate the eCommerce operations in the South America region
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the eCommerce platform
  • Work with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and align IT solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in the online customer experience through technology enhancements
  • Manage IT projects related to eCommerce, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations
  • Provide technical guidance and facilitate to the eCommerce team and business stakeholders
