Ensures that timely IT support is rendered to all departments, especially in areas with guest contacts. Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services Liaise with vendors and work with users at all levels Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Strong process orientation; Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities. Diploma in Information Technology Minimum 10 years of progressive luxury hotel experience with at least 2-3 year in a similar capacity. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
