Description

Tasks you will enjoy:

You will lead and develop our ERP FI/CO & HR team and create an environment where collaboration and innovation are practiced.
Close collaboration with Finance, Controlling, HR and Payroll, and translation of business requirements into future-proof IT solutions.
Responsibility for the Finance and HR application portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle.
You manage requirements, projects and changes, and ensure stable, efficient and economical solutions.
Development of the Finance and HR roadmap, as well as driving transformation and digitalization initiatives.
You identify innovation and automation potential and implement it together with your stakeholders.
Adherence to governance, compliance and risk guidelines is your highest priority.

Ingredients you bring with you:

A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Several years of management experience in complex ERP or enterprise application landscapes.
Solid knowledge of finance, controlling, HR and payroll processes.
Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience in managing SaaS solutions and system integrations.
A strong sense for stakeholder management and business partnering.
Experience in developing strategies, roadmaps, and cross-organizational transformation projects.
An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
Excellent German and English skills.
