JOB SUMMARY

The Five-S Group is looking for an IT Manager that will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations and supervising the technical support team to ensure reliable system performance across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting company-wide platforms including Microsoft 365, Power BI, Vista by Viewpoint, HCSS software, and other enterprise systems. The IT Manager ensures end-user satisfaction, maintains infrastructure uptime, and supports ongoing IT initiatives aligned with business goals. This is a full-time position that will office in Baton Rouge, LA and report to department head
