JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and manage large IT projects, including design and deployment of new systems and services.
• Monitor IT system performance, assess cost and productivity, and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop IT solutions.
• Evaluate vendors and create test strategies for new hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot internal IT hardware and software issues.
• Assess NetSuite application IT security and work with developers to enhance network security.
• Evaluate GSSG members’ IT security on mobile and computer systems, providing improvement recommendations.
• Develop and enforce IT security guidelines and protocols for employee devices.
• Regularly inspect GSSG officers and networks for potential security threats.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines, managing data migration, system integration, user training, and ongoing support, while troubleshooting ERP-related issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve system efficiency.
• Lead and manage the IT department, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members and setting clear goals.
