REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years’ experience in IT support or management, ideally in hospitality or high-end environments
Strong communication skills and ability to support executive-level users
Solid understanding of infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, Azure) and desktop support (Windows/iOS)
Experience managing vendors and leading projects
Familiarity with platforms like Tevalis, Salesforce, NetSuite, or SevenRooms is a plus
