OVERVIEW

Leads the company’s IT Administration infrastructure group. The administration infrastructure group maintains the company’s global network, servers (Linux and Windows), security, virtualization, and more. This person will provide a critical role to ensure 24/7 365 operation of the IT infrastructure to support company operations.

• Provide hands-on management of the infrastructure administration team.
• Maintain the core infrastructure of NHK’s information system.
• Project management of various IT projects to ensure timely completion, budget management, and business process improvement.
• Ensure systems meet security requirements and policies.
• Active monitoring of the overall IT system to ensure availability and high performance of delivered IT services.
• Maintain backup and replication systems.
• Build an effective team through coaching, mentoring and staff development.
• Provide technical support for complex hardware and software issues that may arise.
• Report on key system metrics to other teams and management.
• Provide recommendations on system improvement areas.
• Serve as a project manager for numerous IT projects.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
