Description

EMPOWER INNOVATION. DRIVE STRATEGY. LEAD TRANSFORMATION.

We’re seeking a hands-on IT Manager with strong infrastructure expertise and the ability to bridge strategy with execution. In this role, you’ll shift seamlessly between managing team performance and jumping into firewalls, Active Directory configurations, patch deployments, and ERP integrations.
This is not a desk-only leadership role; you’re building, mentoring, and executing alongside your team. In our dynamic manufacturing environment, IT is mission-critical, and your impact will be felt across every department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in:
✅ Server Management (Windows, Active Directory, DNS)
✅ Network Infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, VPNs)
✅ Cybersecurity (Patching, Endpoint Protection, Access Controls)
    ✅ Microsoft Office 365 Administration
    ✅ Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)

✅ Disaster Recovery Planning & Testing

  • Proven success leading IT teams while remaining hands-on
  • Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are strong assets
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and actively engage in daily IT operations, ensuring timely support for both end-user needs and infrastructure challenges
  • Assess the skillsets of your team; provide mentorship and guidance across desktop support, systems administration, and application development
  • Oversee server infrastructure—including installation, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Administer and maintain network systems, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Manage endpoint protection, patching protocols, and user access controls
  • Lead and support Microsoft Office 365 tenant administration, including user setup, support, and policy management
  • Deploy, maintain, and optimize VMware or Hyper-V virtualization environments
  • Design and routinely test disaster recovery plans and backup systems
  • Guide ERP system integration (M2M preferred), including links to AutoCAD and Inventor software
  • Partner with departments to evaluate and deploy software solutions that improve efficiency
  • Maintain internal IT documentation, standards, and compliance
  • Manage vendor relationships, IT contracts, and support agreements
  • Champion continuous improvement and support business-wide digital transformation
