Description

TAGLINE:

Own IT infrastructure and shape IT strategy at a growing MedTech company where technology directly impacts patient outcomes!

THE COMPANY

Intellijoint Surgical develops effective and easy-to-use products to enhance surgeons’ care and patients’ lives. Today, Intellijoint technology lives in the operating room, helping surgeons improve implant positioning during hip and knee replacement surgeries. Our technology has been used in over 60,000 surgeries. We are seeking an IT Manager to lead our growing IT team and help bring innovative technologies to the market.

THE POSITION

Intellijoint Surgical is looking for a hands-on, technically capable IT Manager to oversee our internal IT infrastructure and support the development of key commercial systems. Reporting to the Chief Science Officer, you will play a vital role in onboarding, network management, cybersecurity, and administering tools such as Salesforce CRM, AcuityMD, ERP, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
As our IT and systems lead, you will work cross-functionally to ensure our technology is secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs across departments – driving automation, data visibility, and digital transformation as we scale. You will also manage the IT infrastructure for Medical Innovation Xchange (MIX), a MedTech incubator that Intellijoint is part of, ensuring consistent standards and support across both organizations.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO ENABLE SUCCESS:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT administration or systems management, ideally in a fast-paced or growth environment.
  • Experience administering commercial systems (e.g., Salesforce, AcuityMD, ERP) and integrating tools across business functions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, device management, cybersecurity practices, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with MedTech or regulated environments is an asset.
  • A service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfort operating both strategically and hands-on in a small team environment.
