Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the secure, compliant, and efficient management of our enterprise technology systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in regulatory compliance, cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and database technologies, while leading IT operations and supporting business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 2 requirements, including audits and reporting.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory (user provisioning, group policies, authentication).
  • Oversee AWS infrastructure and services (EC2, S3, IAM, Redshift, Glue, Athena).
  • Administer Oracle Databases in production environments (installation, tuning, monitoring).
  • Lead IT operations, including incident response, system monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Maintain and enforce network security standards, firewalls, and encryption protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical requirements clearly.
