About the role

n

As the IT Manager (Partner) of your own support team, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, mastering client needs and resolving issues with unparalleled expertise and customer service. You'll lead your support team with precision, providing regular feedback and encouragement to foster their growth and ensure seamless operations and a sublime experience for your clients. Your comprehensive knowledge of OSIT's product and service offerings will position you as the architect and Project Manager of all client IT projects, from the planning and proposal stage right through to implementation and QA.

Key Responsibilities

- Forge trust and maintain strong and enduring client relationships with a win-win philosophy

n

- Pre-empt potential issues and deliver targeted recommendations

n

- Expertly deliver and interpret technical information for clients including regular vCIO reports

n

- Oversee client agreements and commercial contract efficiency

n

- Review client invoicing and handle billing queries

n

- Scope, quote, and manage client IT projects from inception to completion

n

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

n

- Maintain regular and strategic communication with clients

n

- Lead and inspire a high-performing service team

n

- Champion team culture and promote wellbeing and healthy lifestyles

n

What We're Looking For

n

n

- At least 6+ years' experience in IT

n

- At least 4 years of management experience in IT Manager or Account Manager type roles working for a MSP

n

- Demonstrable experience managing Team and Team Member KPIs

n

- Deep understanding of the IT service industry, including ITSM/ITIL frameworks

n

- Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior business leaders and key stakeholders

n

- Valid Driver's License and work safe vehicle

n
