Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The IT Manager is responsible for leading Lastwall’s IT department, overseeing internal systems, asset management, security compliance, and employee technology support. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role ensures that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently across the organization.

In addition to managing day-to-day IT operations, the IT Manager will:

  • Spearhead onboarding/offboarding processes and ICAM
  • Oversee hardware/software lifecycles
  • Implement security protocols
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain system safety

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent certifications and experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with leadership in systems administration, IT operations, or infrastructure roles.
  • Strong ICAM experience.
  • Hands-on experience with JAMF or similar device management tools.
  • Expert knowledge of Linux system administration.
  • Proven track record managing IT asset inventories, software deployments, and IT policies.
  • Skilled in project management, prioritization, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ethical, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or hold dual Canadian/U.S. citizenship.
