Responsibilities
  • Management and maintenance of MU’s campus network infrastructure
  • Management and maintenance of all software, hardware and mobile devices operated by MU.
  • Management and maintenance of all Cloud services and appliances including Microsoft Azure and 365 environments
  • Management and maintenance of third-party peripherals and equipment
  • Management and maintenance of Cybersecurity software and appliances
  • Implement and maintain MU’s Cybersecurity processes and procedures
  • Implement and maintain software licensing and patching in line with MU’s Cybersecurity policies
  • Assist in the procurement of IT equipment
  • Assist staff and students with IT support requests
  • Assist with Helpdesk support tickets
  • Assist with classroom audio, video and IT issues
  • Other infrastructure-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor
