We are now looking to expand our IT team with the addition of a skilled and motivated IT Manager. This key role involves overseeing and developing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our systems, and supporting cross-departmental technology initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project management capabilities and a collaborative mindset. Working closely with various departments, you will play a central role in driving innovation, supporting business objectives, and maintaining our position as a technology-led industry leader.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Support Manager, or in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, system administration, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows® operating systems, iOS and Linux hardware configurations, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving business needs.
