They are looking for an IT Manager who loves to Wow users with exceptional service and wishes to be part of an environment focused on innovation and early adoption of tech.

The IT Manager will look for further opportunity to implement innovative technology solutions to provide better learning outcomes for students, educators and other stakeholders, whilst growing the service and technical capability of the team.

Reporting to the Head of Business Services, and leading the small IT team, this role is responsible for implementing the IT strategic plan as well as overseeing all IT operations.
In your role as Manager, you will provide IT advice to the leadership team, including recommendation of development of software, hardware or applications systems and solutions based on the use of current computer technology.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Experience leading an IT function in a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience as a “trusted advisor” to senior management and organisational stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with (but not necessarily an Engineer or Administrator) a modern IT set up including Microsoft 365 products, CRM/ERP systems, Adobe Suite, Azure, VMWare and Windows server.
  • Demonstrated skills in written and oral communication and a capacity to display problem-solving skills, strong client focus and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of vendor management of external contractors and third-party providers.
