Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure: Oversee servers, networks, cloud services, and disaster recovery.
ERP & Systems: Manage ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM, and business applications integration.
Security & Compliance: Implement IT security policies, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Vendor & Website Management: Coordinate with software vendors and maintain the company’s online presence.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM, and network administration.
Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
