REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. This is essential for effectively communicating with internal stakeholders, interpreting technical documentation, and preparing reports and documentation that support IT operations across multiple sites.
  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years prior experience with providing workstation support
  • The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service required
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills required.
  • A sense of urgency and a commitment to the timely completion of projects.
  • Attention to detail along with commitment to quality and confidentiality

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel to other NM locations will vary based on projects
  • This role may involve working in server rooms or technical environments with controlled temperatures and noise from equipment.
  • Standard business hours apply, but occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system upgrades, maintenance, or emergency support.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 pounds) such as servers, monitors, or networking hardware.
  • Manual dexterity required for using tools, keyboards, and other IT equipment.
