Description
To lead and manage the organization’s IT operations, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. The role focuses on cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and technical support to support business continuity and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware. Oversee cybersecurity operations, including: Implementing IT security policies and procedures. Monitoring, identifying, and responding to security threats and incidents. Ensuring data protection and compliance with applicable security standards. Manage network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switches) and ensure optimal performance and availability. Lead and supervise the Technical Support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and service requests. Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Manage IT vendors, service providers, and related contracts. Prepare regular reports on IT performance, risks, and system availability. Ensure data backup processes and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested. Support digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role. Strong hands-on experience in: Cybersecurity Network administration and management Technical support and IT operations Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows / Linux) and network infrastructure. Professional certifications are preferred, such as: CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent. Required Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and risk management capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
