Job Overview We're looking for a dedicated and strategic IT Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a pivotal role that combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all technology systems across the organization. This includes: Infrastructure & Operations: Overseeing servers, networks, cloud systems, disaster recovery, and hardware/software lifecycle management. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establishing security policies, implementing robust measures (firewalls, encryption), conducting audits, and ensuring data protection compliance. Systems Administration: Managing enterprise applications, troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation solutions. Leadership & Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and supporting IT staff, managing daily help desk operations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Strategic Planning: Developing the IT roadmap, managing the budget, and identifying emerging technologies to drive organizational growth. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT services. Technical Focus: Vast knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security is essential. Management: Proven experience managing other team members and strong proficiency in network management. Strategy: Demonstrated ability to provide growth strategy suggestions to leadership (IT roadmaps, budget).
