We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization’s IT infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems while leading a team of IT professionals to support the organization’s technological needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or IT operations supervisor roles.
• Adequate knowledge and experience with IT systems and services, such as hardware, software, cloud computing, networking, and security.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing ERP solutions
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT Desktop Support personnel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.

  Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
