As an IT Manager here at Solstice, you'll hold a pivotal leadership position within our Information Technology function. This role focuses on managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals while contributing to the strategic direction of our technology landscape. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about fostering growth, development, and innovation within a dynamic team. Your leadership will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will report directly to our director IT and you’ll work out of our Morris Plaines, Houston or Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule. As a Manufacturing / Quality IT Manager, you will be accountable for the administration and maintenance of our manufacturing systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance. You will play a critical role in assisting our manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. You will report directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of Morris Plains location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by: - Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and performance optimization of manufacturing systems SAP Production Planning (PP) - Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) specifically working with the SAP Production Planning (PP) module - Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation with SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP) - Experience integrating SAP PP with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP Quality Management (QM) - Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including ownership of Bills of Material (BOM) and Master Data Management (MDM) tools/systems for manufacturing data - Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs and Experience with both Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order business models - Monitoring the performance of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements - Ensuring robust system security and compliance with established protocols - Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and performance optimization of manufacturing systems • Monitor the performance of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements • Ensure robust system security and compliance with established protocols • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization About Solstice Advanced Materials Solstice Advanced Materials is a leading global specialty materials company that advances science for smarter outcomes.
