QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Manager or Administrator role, preferably in a small or mid-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and security best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience migrating from on-premise to cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing enterprise software, including Zoho One (required).
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and telecommunications contracts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High level of autonomy and initiative, with a problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
