POSITION SUMMARY

SyBridge Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support operations. This role will ensure that our systems, networks, and digital solutions function seamlessly to support our manufacturing and engineering operations. The IT Manager will manage key projects and enhance security measures while optimizing business processes through technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR 10 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience: 7-10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in an IT management or leadership role.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of network security and network principals
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Server Technologies: IE; Active Directory
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM), helpdesk operations, and system administration.
  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Strong ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive IT initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to align IT solutions with business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
