JOB DESCRIPTION:

• CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & STRATEGY ALIGNMENTSupport transformation efforts by aligning client objectives with actionable strategies, ensuring business outcomes are clearly defined and achievable.
• SOLUTION DISCOVERY & DESIGNCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, co-create value-driven solutions, and define future-state operating models and workflows.
• PROCESS OPTIMIZATIONAnalyze current operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve agility, and increase profitability across client business functions.
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATIONWork closely with IT, operations, and leadership teams to ensure solutions are feasible, well-integrated, and designed for long-term scalability.
• TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIPLead strategic initiatives involving digital enablement, automation, customer experience improvement, and business capability development.
• GOVERNANCE & VALUE TRACKINGSupport the definition of KPIs, success metrics, and tracking models to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.
• INNOVATION & BEST PRACTICESStay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative practices or emerging technologies that can enhance business performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years+ experience in business strategy, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record in aligning business goals with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong experience in workflow/process design, business capability mapping, and operational optimization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with risk management, governance frameworks, and change management principles.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to identify cost-saving and growth opportunities.
• Experience supporting system integrator (SI) sales or solutioning is a plus.
