* Project Ownership: Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. * Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project goals and align across departments. * MS Dynamics Solutions: Provide expertise to implement and integrate MS Dynamics with existing systems efficiently. * Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress for successful delivery. * Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support IT team members to foster collaboration and high performance. * Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements. Requirements * Proven experience as an IT Manager with 5+ year of experience a strong project development background. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, ERP). * Strong project management skills across the full project lifecycle. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: * Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). * Familiarity with cloud-based MS Dynamics solutions.
