EB Solution is expanding and seeking to hire an IT Manager - Lead Technical Services to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership and the operation of our organization’s lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will lead IT Operations to ensure our technology infrastructure and operations are reliable, available, scalable and secure.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Provide technical advise and assume Level 3 technical resource
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.

IT Operations Manager Requirements:

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management.
• Solid understanding of IT management.
• Solid technical knowledge of common IT vendors, network designs and best practice

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
