We are looking for aa experienced IT Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company’s information technology systems, ensuring that they are aligned with business goals and objectives.
This role involves strategic planning, project management, and the implementation of IT policies and systems to support the organization’s operations.
The person will manage the IT team and be hands on in involement with managing all IT aspects of the staff requirements, the company infrastructure and should be able to understand our operations to be able to integrate solutions that benefit the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Lead and manage the IT department, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and infrastructure to support the company’s goals.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data, protecting against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
• Have comprehensive understanding of basic office tools such as MS Admin Centre and all of the MS softwares ranging from outlook and sharepoint to onedrive and excel.
• Set IT polcies and coordinate with other departments to train them on information security
