JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the global technology strategy, ensuring the security of our systems, and managing IT projects that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a passion for technology.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 3+ years and proven experience in an IT leadership role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
· Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
· Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience with cloud computing technologies is a plus.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the IT strategy including ERP implementation to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
· Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
· Ensure the security of information systems and data integrity through effective risk management practices.
· Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
· Collaborate with Regions to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
· Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
· Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
