JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or MIS roles.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, ERP platforms, and IT governance.
  • Experience in project management; familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
  • Strong awareness of Singapore’s PDPA and other compliance-related IT frameworks.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT/MIS department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization.
  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure, ERP platforms, and database systems (e.g., MSSQL) to ensure data integrity, availability, and reliability.
  • Lead and manage IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and integrations in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure all IT processes and data-handling practices are in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and relevant IT regulatory frameworks.
  • Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including access control, data protection, and system safeguarding measures.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT support and solutions.
  • Support internal departments by providing data reporting tools and IT solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Participate in company-led compliance, cybersecurity, and ethics training; support the development and implementation of relevant IT policies.
  • Monitor IT systems performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and ensure high uptime and optimal service quality.
  • Be available to provide emergency IT support outside normal working hours only as required.
