Your Team, Your Impact Marvell is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our Vietnam-based IT team, responsible for delivery exceptional end-user support and relationship management. The successful candidate will provide local IT leadership, manage a small team of IT professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. This role is crucial in serving as the single point of contact for all IT-related matters, advocating for resolution of IT issues, and communicating IT updates to local employees. What You Can Expect Leadership and Management • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for local IT end-user support. • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. IT Support and Services • Oversee the delivery of local IT end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Provide smart hands and feet support to IT infrastructure teams. • Ensure the availability and reliability of local IT services and infrastructure. • Drive local adoption of global IT service management processes and tools in alignment with Marvell’s global IT standards. Serve as an incident commander for major outages, ensuring proper coordination, communication, resolution, and root cause analysis & corrective actions. • • Ensure compliance with global IT security policies, data protection regulations, and internal audit standards. • Manage local IT assets (laptops, peripherals, network equipment, etc.) and ensure proper lifecycle management. • Support IT budget planning, procurement, and cost control for the Vietnam region. Relationship Management • Serve as the single point of contact for all IT-related matters in Europe. Serve as the regional champion for IT user experience, proactively identifying areas for improvement based on feedback, metrics, and engagement. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand IT pain points and prioritize initiatives that enhance end-user productivity and satisfaction. • Act as the escalation point for critical IT incidents impacting the region. Conduct regular reviews of satisfaction scores (CSAT), drive root cause analysis of repeat issues, and implement corrective actions. • • Communicate IT changes and updates to local employees effectively. Strategic Planning and Execution • Align local IT initiatives with the overall IT strategy and business objectives. • Represent local IT needs and feedback in global IT planning and improvement initiatives. • Participate in regional and global IT projects. • Identify opportunities for improvement in IT services and processes What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a similar role. • Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams. • Experience in providing end-user support and IT infrastructure management. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, etc.) to assist in resolving related incidents and supporting local IT projects. • • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage. • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). • Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies. • ITIL, PMP, or other IT management certifications are required. • CCNA, CITM, or other network certifications are required. • Experience working in a multinational, high tech company. • Familiarity with regional IT challenges and opportunities. • Hands-on experience with IT operations and infrastructure support. • Proficiency in English both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
