  Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for driving technology strategy and delivering high-quality solutions? We’re looking for an IT Manager to lead our IT function, shaping our systems and infrastructure to support business growth across the Group.
  This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, oversee multisite IT operations, and ensure our technology is reliable, secure, and future ready.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic vision and people leadership.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and cyber security best practice.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience managing IT systems within a regulated or professional environment.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of LEAP or similar practice/document management systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in the legal/professional services sector.

• Developing and delivering the Group’s IT strategy in line with business objectives.
• Leading the IT function, ensuring infrastructure reliability, cyber security, usability, and continuous improvement.
• Managing IT systems, integrations and infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Overseeing the IT budget, third-party providers, licensing, and contract negotiations.
• Supporting business intelligence solutions and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Driving innovation and introducing new ways of working with agility and control.
• Ensuring disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection compliance.
• Managing and mentoring up to five direct reports, supporting professional growth and fostering a high performance culture.
• Collaborating with senior leaders and department heads to align technology with firm wide goals.
