Yamanote Atelier is a premium Japanese bakery and restaurant brand based in Dubai, known for delivering excellence in food, service, and innovation. We are seeking an IT Manager to lead and oversee our technology operations across multiple outlets and our head office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, ERP solutions, and network security.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
• Oversee POS systems, ERP solutions, and other operational technologies.
• Implement and monitor IT policies, security measures, and data protection practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to team members.
• Lead IT projects, including digital transformation and system integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and IT budgets.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across all outlets.
