Job Description Lead and develop the IT Team of 2-3 employees Drive IT strategy aligned with business goals Oversee IT projects in ERP Systems (SAP), security, rollouts and integration of external tools Control IT budgets, Supplier management, and service providers Act as key contact for executives and other departments Create a people-centric, supportive team environment based on trust and respect. Manage a distributed team in HU & FR Qualifications Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Proven leadership experience in IT management Strong knowledge of ERP Systems (preferred SAP R3) Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, cloud services, and IT security Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and problem solving Empathy and servant leadership Effective stakeholder management Project leadership Fluent in Hungarian and English Additional Information Flexible work-time options, wide range of benefits and services, employee discounts to several facilities, free or discounted sports opportunities, use of company bus service, on-site parking, catering facility, travel to work allowance.
