YOUR PROFILE:

• having basic IT skills and system knowledge
• being able to evaluate and analyse technical alerts regarding the business impacts
• being familiar with the network systems and network related technical messages
• good written and oral communication skills in English, German is an advantage
• being able to work in continuous shifts (even at night and weekends)
• knowledge of SAP and interface technology is an advantage (e.g. SOAP, IDOC, REST)
• we are open to junior candidates

• monitoring Event Management systems
• ensuring the smooth running of systems
• correcting errors based on alerts
• opening Incident, Problem and Change tickets
• cooperation with the technical support teams of different levels if needed
• cooperation with the IT Service Owner regarding the corrective actions
• monitoring the whole system map
