What You’ll Do

• Manage, monitor, and support Kitopi’s LAN/WAN network infrastructure across the Middle East.
• Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet, Cisco, and Ubiquiti UniFi network devices.
• Act as Level 3 support for complex network and security issues.
• Resolve network incidents and deliver requests through Jira within agreed SLAs.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and replace network equipment across Kitopi locations.
• Develop network monitoring, management, and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain network and security standards, documentation, and reports.
• Collaborate closely with the wider IT, Integration, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure compliance with established IT policies, processes, and security procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar networking role.
• Hands-on experience managing FortiGate firewalls.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
• Cisco CCNA-level knowledge.
• Strong analytical and network troubleshooting skills.
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Ability to manage priorities and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
