POSITION: ONSITE IT & DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled Onsite IT & Desktop Support Engineer/Technician to join our team. This role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, with a focus on desktop support and networking tasks. The candidate will handle hardware installation and replacement (e.g., server components like hard drives and rack-mounted devices), as well as provide on-site support for remote teams by facilitating console access to networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven expertise in desktop administration, technical support, and customer service
  • Experience in incident/change/release management in IT environments
  • Strong understanding of Windows platforms and support for various third-party applications
  • Professionally trained and certified in Windows Server Administration and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, and resolving LAN/Wi-Fi configuration issues
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting multiple operating systems including Windows, iOS, Android, and BlackBerry

Responsibilities
  • Deliver onsite desktop and IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues
