Description About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our systems. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls) Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Implement security measures to protect data and systems Manage routers, switches, and wireless systems Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues Document network configurations and processes Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of network engineering experience Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred Travel Requirements Ability and willingness to travel between dealership locations as needed Occasional travel required for new site setups, troubleshooting, and infrastructure projects Extended out-of-town stays may be required during new dealership openings or major deployments Preferred Skills Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) Knowledge of network monitoring tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
