: - Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor's), preferably in (Business and Administrative) Informatics, or comparable qualification through relevant knowledge and experience

- At least two years of professional experience in network infrastructure, network operations, or network security

- Excellent understanding of NOC processes, technologies, SLAs, and KPIs in the telecommunications environment

- Sound knowledge and practical experience in handling network structures as well as monitoring and support systems

- Very good written and spoken German skills; Additional language skills are welcome

- Certifications from network technology providers such as Cisco (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) or comparable knowledge are desirable
