SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.Occasional travel may be required depending on client or vendor needs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: ITIL, COBIT, or related certifications in IT governance and service management. PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Extensive experience in IT service delivery or IT operations management, with a focus on server, network, and end-user computing environments.
• Proven experience in managing IT governance frameworks and ensuring compliance.
• Experience in vendor management and negotiating third-party contracts.Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
