What will be your daily pursuit?:
The IT Network Manager is an integral part of the Pursuit Collection Infrastructure team, contributing to the design, implementation, and management of the network infrastructure that supports all of Pursuit’s lines of business. This includes handling technologies such as LAN, WAN, ACI, firewalls, internet, Wi-Fi, circuits, and VPN services. The role collaborates closely with Field Support, IT Operations, Information Security, Server/Storage, and Cloud teams to ensure the availability, security, and performance of network systems. The IT Network Manager combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
What will your compensation be?:
The salary range for this role is $130,000/year to $140,000/year based on experience and skill set. This role is eligible for a yearly 10% bonus. Pursuit offers a full suite of benefits, including flexible time off, a 401k contribution matching plan, and discounts at our hotels, restaurants, and attractions. This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days with optional work-from-home.
What will you do in this job?:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of technical experience in an enterprise Cisco environment.
  • Minimum five years of network administration experience, including VLAN creation, routing, switching, and using network monitoring tools.
  • Proven experience collaborating with departments such as executives, facilities, HR, finance, and operations, and external partners.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with network routing and switching.
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches, Wi-Fi, including Cisco DNA, and Meraki Wireless.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and MS Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies and new circuit deployment.

SKILLS

  • Ability to author technical documentation and use it to inform diverse operational teams.
  • Self-starter and thought leader, expected to propose innovative ideas and solutions for the infrastructure department.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and patiently to audiences with varying technical backgrounds, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Willingness to work with geographically dispersed teams in a seasonal environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • High sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and on time.
  • Strong knowledge of IT principles, practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for the role.

Responsibilities
