Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world Job Description Provide 2nd level support for network-related incidents and service requests (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN) Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from 1st level support within defined SLAs Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions Manage and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points) Support configuration, installation, and upgrades of network infrastructure Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors when required Contribute to documentation (network diagrams, procedures, knowledge base) Participate in IT projects (network expansion, security improvements, migrations) Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards Provide on-call support if required Qualifications University degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field 3–5 years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support Strong knowledge of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching Firewall technologies and VPNs Network monitoring tools Experience with enterprise network equipment (e.g., Cisco) Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, Request, problem, change management) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Good communication skills in English Additional Information Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent Experience in industrial or multinational environments Knowledge of network security best practices People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
