The IT/Network Support Specialist provides daily technical and network support, maintains SteriPro’s basic IT infrastructure, and coordinates with external vendors for hardware, software, and network needs. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can balance technical troubleshooting, network administration, and vendor management in a small company environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or coursework in IT support or network administration is an asset.
• Certification in desktop support, network administration, or cloud technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CCNA) preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services is an asset.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT support, network support, or combined administrative/technical support role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and common network equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate vendors and manage purchase orders or contracts.
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to provide assistance wherever needed.
