Ensuring stable and efficient network operation through monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of network performance.
Implementation of network security requirements, e.g., firewall rules, network access control, remote access, and secure default configurations.
Assistance with the creation, maintenance, and control of technical documentation, network diagrams, operating manuals, configuration standards, and evidence for audits.
Support in IT security incidents, vulnerability analyses and technical investigations in cooperation with IT security, SOC and external specialists.
Providing support to IT administrators as needed in the areas of servers, clients, basic services, backup and general IT infrastructure.

Completed vocational training or advanced technical education in computer science, network engineering, or systems engineering
Several years of professional experience in the operation of IT networks or in IT infrastructure
Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, network segmentation, monitoring and support processes.
