About the Role As IT & Office Administrator, you are the central operational backbone of our Hungary office. You ensure smooth day-to-day operations across two complementary areas: IT support for our local teams and the administrative management of our office environment. You work closely with our group IT organization and external service providers, and you are a reliable, hands-on contact person for employees and vendors alike. The role is based on-site in Budapest, with occasional visits to our retail shop locations across Hungary. What you will do IT Support Serve as the first point of contact for all local IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and access management Manage user accounts, permissions, and device provisioning as part of structured onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinate with our external IT provider and group IT functions to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues Support users on ERP systems (IMX, AOVIR, Infor) at user level, including basic troubleshooting and guidance Maintain and update the local IT asset register, covering laptops, mobile devices, and software licenses Ensure basic IT security and compliance standards are met, including password policies, access rights, and system updates Support meeting room setups, printers, and office devices to ensure reliable day-to-day functionality Office Administration Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance Act as the primary contact for landlords, service providers, and external vendors Support invoice handling and coordinate admin-related costs in close collaboration with the finance team Organise and oversee office-related activities such as deliveries, repairs, and smaller internal projects Assist in document management and filing, including contracts and agreements Support internal processes and ensure accurate and timely documentation across administrative workflows What you bring Commercial or technical educational background with initial practical experience in IT support, office administration, or a similar combined role Familiarity with ERP systems and standard IT environments is an advantage (e.g. Microsoft 365) Strong service and solution orientation with a structured, reliable way of working Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken); German is considered an advantage Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel to retail locations within Hungary What we offer A varied and impactful role within an international, purpose-driven company in the medical technology sector Opportunities for professional development within the WS Audiology organization Modern IT infrastructure and a structured support framework A collaborative and supportive team culture across Switzerland, Austria, and Hungary Who we are At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
